Quest Innovations Allies with Pleora

Quest Innovations BV of Wieringerwerf, the Netherlands, has signed an OEM licensing agreement with Pleora Technologies Inc. of Ottawa for that company’s iPort PT1000-VB in-camera IP engine. Offering low power consumption and a high data throughput rate, Pleora’s board is enabling Quest to integrate Gigabit Ethernet connectivity into its expanding suite of smart cameras and machine vision processing units. Quest also is launching a Gigabit Ethernet interface camera with processing capabilities and a 10-µm-precision laser scanning system based on its Raptor camera.
