Micronetics Inc., a Hudson, N.H.-based manufacturer of microwave and radio frequency components and integrated subassemblies used in a variety of defense, aerospace and commercial applications, announced that Diane L. Bourque has joined the company as chief financial officer. Most recently, Bourque served as vice president and controller at Presstek Inc., a digital imaging company.
