Microvision Inc., a Bothell, Wash., maker of scanned beam displays and imaging products.
. . . Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. Ltd. (TSMC), a manufacturer of CMOS image sensors, and
Eastman Kodak Co. have signed a technology licensing agreement that enables the manufacture of a new generation of high-quality CMOS image sensor (CIS) devices. TSMC will include a number of Kodak technologies, including four-transistor (4T) pixel and pinned photo-diode pixel architectures, into its CIS device manufacturing process, which will be used by Kodak and other sensor design firms.
