Austrian Laser Company Opens US Office

Ultrafast oscillator and amplifier supplier FemtoLasers GmbH of Vienna, Austria, has formed FemtoLasers Inc. in Harvard, Mass., to oversee its business activities and customer service in the US, Canada and Mexico. The company's technology, which includes new phase-stabilization work, has expanding scientific, research and OEM applications. Mary Fullenkamp Essary will head the operation.
