Eastman Kodak Co. announced that former Hewlett Packard executive Antonio M. Perez has joined the company as president and COO. Perez will oversee Consumer Imaging, Kodak Professional, Digital & Applied Imaging, Entertainment Imaging, the Commercial Imaging Group, Global Manufacturing & Logistics, the Chief Marketing Office, Research & Development and worldwide geographic regions. . . . Vision Systems International LLC has been awarded a $60.1 million contract from Boeing St. Louis for the delivery of more than 300 joint helmet-mounted cueing systems. The systems are due to be supplied within 18 months. Vision Systems is jointly owned by Elbit Systems Ltd. and Rockwell Collins. . . . Cymer Inc., a supplier of excimer light sources used in semiconductor manufacturing, announced it recently installed its 2000th excimer light source for deep ultraviolet lithography applications. The ELS-7000 248-nm krypton fluoride system was installed at Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd.'s facility in Korea.
