ATLANTA, March 26 -- A trio of speakers at the Optical Fiber Communication Conference & Exhibition (OFC 2003) painted a picture of change as the engine of renewal for the optical communications community. Eric Mentzer, vice president and CTO at Intel; Kevin N.
