The US State Department has selected
Space Imaging's Geobook geographic information systems product for its Future of Iraq project. Geobook is a software program with a map-like interface that enables users to browse and store information about facilities, pipelines, bridges, roads and other key civilian infrastructures. This information is overlaid on Space Imaging's commercial IKONOS satellite imagery.

. . . kSARIA announced today it has been awarded the first phase of a multiyear, multimillion dollar contract by Lockheed Martin to develop state-of-the-art automation equipment for the manufacture of fiber optic cable assemblies and patch cords, as part of a 2003 directive by the US Department of Defense (DoD) to apply advanced technologies in building military systems. kSARIA will develop automation equipment for the manufacture of optical parts used in Navy air, land, sea and other DoD systems.
