ROSEVILLE, Calif., March 11 -- New Star Lasers, which makes the CoolTouch laser system, announced it has completed its reacquisition of the assets of CoolTouch Corp. from ICN Pharmaceuticals Inc. As a result of this transaction, New Star Lasers dba CoolTouch Inc. regains control and responsibility for all functions of the nonablative laser technology, including marketing, manufacturing, technical service and customer support.
