The International Microelectronics And Packaging Society (IMAPS) said 50 percent of available exhibit space has been sold for the 36th Annual Symposium on Microelectronics, to be held Nov. 16-20 at the Hynes Convention Center in Boston. Exhibitors will include BTU International, Dow Corning, Kyocera America, M/A-COM, NTK Technologies, Teledyne Microelectronics and Toshiba America Electronic Components.
. . . Leybold Optics has added a spectral ellipsometer for analysis of optical coatings on eyeglasses to its application and testing laboratory in Alzenau, Germany.
