Integrated circuit (IC) designer Synopsys Inc. announced that Rohit Kapur, principal engineer at Synopsys, was named a Fellow by the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) board of directors at its November 2002 meeting. Kapur, who is the group chair for the IEEE core test language standard IEEE P1450, was recognized for his contributions to the field of IC test technology.. . .
