Scientists at the University of Tokyo recently presented results on the growth of nitride superlattices at the International Workshop on Nitride Semiconductors in Aachen, Germany. The layers were grown on an AIXTRON 200/4 RF-S MOCVD system, installed in 2001, as part of a research project between AIXTRON and the university.. . . Technology investor BTG and Canadian photonics researcher INO have signed an agreement to collaborate on photonics technology in several areas, including microoptics and microsystems, applied optical systems, fiber optics, optical communications and lasers.
