ITF Optical to Buy Resonance Photonics Assets

MONTREAL, Oct. 28 -- ITF Optical Technologies Inc., a manufacturer of advanced photonic processing solutions, announced it will acquire certain business assets of Resonance Photonics (RPI), including equipment and access to intellectual property. The terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Resonance Photonics, located in Markham, Ontario, is a privately held company that specializes in advanced photonics components for use in next-generation fiber amplifier and laser modules. Its products include a line of high-performance multimode power combiners with applications in the industrial, medical, military and telecommunications industries.
