PointDx Inc. has signed an agreement with Siemens AG for an undisclosed sum to license a number of PointDx patents related to virtual endoscopy, a technique that uses software to generate images of the inside of human organs such as the colon and vascular structures.. . .Electronics manufacturing services provider Nortech Systems Inc. has acquired Manufacturing Assembly Solutions, a corporation with a 15,000-square-foot facility in Monterrey, Mexico. The company will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Nortech Systems.
