Fibertech Completes Ohio Network
ROCHESTER, N.Y. and COLUMBUS, Ohio, Sept. 4 -- -- Fibertech Networks LLC announced today the completion of a 70-mile fiber optic network in the central business district and suburban areas of Columbus, Ohio.
In addition to Columbus, Fibertech has built metro-area networks in Syracuse, Rochester, Buffalo and Albany, N.Y., Indianapolis and Hartford, Conn., and its first metro rings in Pittsburgh, Pa. and Providence, R.I. The company expects to complete construction in Worcester and Springfield, Mass., New Haven, Conn., and Binghamton, N.Y., over the next several months.
