Joyce P. Haag, corporate secretary and assistant general counsel at Eastman Kodak Co., has been named director of the Marketing, Antitrust, Trademark & Litigation legal staff, and vice president, effective August 1. James M. Quinn succeeds Haag as corporate secretary and assistant general counsel. . . . Christopher Lane was named vice president and general manager of Intevac's Intensified Imaging Group, and David S. Dury was elected to to its board of directors.
