10-Gigabit Ethernet Alliance Standards Approved

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., June 17 -- The 802.3ae specification for 10 Gigabit Ethernet was unanimously approved last week as an IEEE standard by the IEEE Standards Association Standards Board, the 10 Gigabit Ethernet Alliance has announced.
