Ed McCormack, COO said, "As part of the continuing progress being made on the construction of FNAL, we are pleased to announce that another major segment, the route between Seoul, Korea and Tokyo, Japan has been brought into service. This is the second segment of the system to go into service. The first segment, between Hong Kong and Tokyo, which was constructed by Reach, has been in service since last year. The remaining segment from Seoul to Hong Kong, required to close the loop, is at a very advanced stage and is expected to enter service this quarter."
