Royal Laser Tech to Combine With Rea International

TORONTO, April 19 --Royal Laser Tech Corp. has entered into an agreement whereby Royal Laser will acquire Rea International Inc. The transaction is valued at $200 million, comprised of $100 million cash and 9,090,909 common shares of Royal Laser (valued at $11 per share).

Rea International is a private company and a supplier specializing in the manufacturing of fluid management systems, metal forming, welded assemblies, tubing, tooling and prototyping. The assets of Rea being acquired by Royal Laser include five divisions in the greater Toronto area and a startup operation in Mexico set to open later this year.
