3SAE Technologies Inc. announced a joint marketing agreement with Nyfors Teknologi AB, of Stockholm, Sweden, under which it will be the North American distributor of Nyfors' complete product line, including the new AutoCleaver, an automatic high-precision fiber optic cleaver. . . . BFi OPTiLAS, distributor of specialty products and services to photonics markets, has signed a Pan-European agreement to distribute the Resonance Photonics product portfolio. Resonance Photonics, of Toronto, designs and manufactures advanced photonic components for amplifier and laser modules.
