Core Systems has opened a 35,000-square-foot facility at 1050 Kifer Rd. in Sunnyvale, Calif., to house its existing business and its new ion implant outsourcing service for semiconductor and other device manufacturers. The facility has space for more than 20 ion implanters. First production is scheduled for early April. ... Presstek Inc. has named Moosa E. Moosa as vice president of finance and chief financial officer. The Hudson, NH-based digital imaging company said Moosa was most recently CFO at Rebar LLC.
