Light Management Group Inc., developer of optical and light technologies employing sound waves, received gold medals for its ultraviolet (UV) scanner, its laser projector system and its acousto-optic switch, at the 50th anniversary of the World Exhibition of Innovation, Research and New Technology ("Brussels Eureka") held recently in Belgium. . . . Masashi Tsutsui has been appointed president of Micronic Japan K.K., the Japanese subsidiary of Micronic Laser Systems AB, which manufactures laser pattern generation equipment to the semiconductor and display industries. . . . Nicholas Nee was appointed Asia-Pacific sales manager for MRSI Group, supplier of dispense and assembly systems for the semiconductor and microelectronics industry. He will be based in Singapore.
