PerkinElmer Inc. announced it has entered into an agreement to become the exclusive distributor for Seiko Instruments Inc.'s (SII) thermal analysis product line. The parntership includes distribution and service in all geographic markets except Japan, where SII is based.   . . .   John Dahldorf has been named chief financial officer and Brad Nutter has been added to the board of directors of Digirad Corp.
