CODEON Achieves Telcordia Qualification for Mach-10 Product Line

COLUMBIA, Md., Oct. 5 -- CODEON Corporation, a designer and manufacturer of state-of-the-art modulators, optical transponder components and modules for the fiber optic telecommunications industry announced that its Mach-10 Product Line, a family of high performance 10+ Gb/s external optical modulators, has successfully completed qualification to the stringent requirements of Telcordia GR-468-CORE for use in telecommunication systems. Telcordia qualification is significant because it demonstrates that CODEON’s Mach-10 Product Line meets the long-term reliability standards required by today’s telecommunication sub system and system integrators.
