Unisphere Networks, a provider of IP infrastructure to enable broadband data and voice services, has announced the appointment of Mark Nasiff to the position of chief financial officer. Nasiff brings more than ten years of senior financial operations and management experience in the high-tech sector to Unisphere Networks. Most recently, Nasiff held the position of Unisphere Network's vice president of finance and administration. In the CFO capacity, Nasiff gains responsibility for the company's financial planning and analysis, IT and investor relations functions. He reports directly to CEO, Jim Dolce.
Light Management Group Inc., developer of new applications in optical and light technologies employing sound waves, together with its board of directors, announced the appointment of Donald J. Iwacha as the new CEO of the corporation. In addition to his current position as president of LMG, Iwacha will play an increasingly strategic role in guiding the business fortunes of the company.
