The MMR Duplex double-wavelength micro-Raman analysis system from Lambda Solutions Inc. features a modular design with 785/532-nm DM-1 adapters. It can be used with the Dimension-P2-785 and -532 Raman systems independently, or with the Dimension-PI system. The range of applications can be extended with Raman vector probes and the external sampling module. A 1.3-megapixel CMOS camera is provided for sample imaging and capture. The X-Y scanning range is 70 × 20 mm, and the Z range is 17 mm with 1-μm steps. The adapters are compatible with Nikon, Olympus and Zeiss microscopy systems. The system is suitable for analyzing polymers, films, carbon fibers, and single- and multiwall carbon nanotubes.
