The Cube 405 laser from Coherent Inc. outputs 100 mW at 405 nm with a TEM₀₀ profile and beam quality of M² <1.5 and <0.2% rms noise from 20 Hz to 10 MHz. The device measures 100 × 40 × 40 mm and has a digital modulation bandwidth of 150 MHz and an analog modulation bandwidth of 350 kHz. The laser is suitable for applications in bio- and clinical instrumentation.
