BEAM DELIVERY MIRRORS
Laser Research Optics, a division of Meller Optics Inc., has introduced a line of reflective beam delivery mirrors for OEM integration and user replacement of reflective systems in industrial CO
2 and Nd:YAG lasers. With a power range of 100 W to >40 kW, the mirrors are made of copper and have diameters of 1 to 3 in. The product line includes flat mirrors, spherics and parabolic optics. Flat mirrors have <3-nm roughness and <0.35-μm flatness, and the spherics and parabolics have surface features <0.5 μm. Gold, molybdenum and dielectric multilayer coatings are available.
