Sirilas laser diode arrays from Osram Opto Semiconductors GmbH have been combined into modular pumping lines. Each array consists of a bar with 16 individual emitters and achieves an output of 30 W. Up to 10 laser diode arrays can be integrated into a pumping line, achieving a maximum output of 300 W. The rays were integrated into the pumping lines by RayTools AG. The result is a ready-to-use module that saves customers a major development stage.
