The IK-TF2 three-CCD color industrial video camera produced by Toshiba America’s Imaging Systems Div. measures 44 × 44 × 78 mm, weighs 5.47 oz and integrates easily into high-speed machine vision systems that require high definition and color resolution. The three-chip camera has a 1/3-in. 410,000-pixel IT-CCD sensor, achieves 570-TV resolution and includes an RGB microprism system to capture accurate and computer-ready color images. Other features include an RS-232 serial interface, a 2:1 interlaced scanning system and a C-mount lens flange. Applications include color web inspection, food sorting, color printing, medical diagnostics and scientific imaging.
