Imago Purchases Oxford NanoScience
Imago Scientific Instruments Corp. of Madison, Wis., has acquired Oxford NanoScience Ltd., an atom probe company in Milton Keynes, from Polaron plc of Watford, both in the UK. Imago develops atom probe tomography and nanolytical solutions for engineers, manufacturers, and scientists. The company’s products provide subnanometer elemental mapping of microelectronic devices and materials for semiconductor, data storage and advanced materials markets.
