SVS-Vistek
11-MP Camera
SEEFELD, Germany, July 1, 2008 –
SVS-Vistek has introduced the new 11-megapixel svs1102-12 scan camera. The camera provides 6.3 frames per second, but can achieve much higher frame rates in the partial scan mode with a
reduced number of lines.
The newest member of the SVCam camera line has 12-bit data format and CameraLink interface, and offers a resolution of 4008 x 2672 pixels using a Kodak Interline Transfer CCD sensor. The diagonal of the sensor is 43.3 mm, which
corresponds to the small picture format of an ordinary camera.
According to SVS-Vistek, the camera’s applications include print layout control, the PCB inspection or for high-end metrology. A large range of lenses can be connected via the M58-thread or an F-mount adaptor.
The SVCam product range for the domestic market covers the whole field of machine vision components, including illumination, lenses, cameras, frame grabbers, imaging libraries and computer hardware.
The camera is well equipped for the exertion in tight crowded conditions because of its compact case of only 65 x 67 x 45 mm, and is available in both monochrome and color versions.
