Reynard Corporation’s polarizing IR cube beamsplitters operate from 3 to 5 μm with a viewing angle of 45° ±13° and extinction ratios of up to 1000:1. Composed of two 45° right-angle prisms using silicon as the substrate material, they provide significant improvements in transmission when compared with conventional grid polarizer designs.
