Thermo Fisher Acquires Chemito Technology
In Waltham, Mass., Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. has acquired the analytical technologies and environment instrumentation divisions of Chemito Technologies Pvt. Ltd. of Mumbai, India, a supplier of analytical instruments for life sciences and environmental monitoring applications. The divisions will be integrated into the former company’s analytical technologies segment.
