A new ZFSM platform by Z-Laser is an OEM fiber-coupled laser platform for diagnostic and intraoperative medical applications.
The platform can be integrated into diagnostic devices, as well as in surgical and therapeutic equipment. A specific configuration of the ZFSM platform projects a calibrated matrix in the 780-nm wavelength range, providing a defect map of the visualized area. Another configuration is an RGB module with a miniature optical head for intraoperative diagnoses, as well as targeted area illumination applications.
The platform’s stable output power allows the laser to maintain functionality within medical classification limits.
