Luminus Devices Inc. has added the CBT-90 white LED to its PhlatLight family. It delivers more than 1750 lm from a single 9-mm² monolithic chip. Proprietary and patented chip-on-board packaging technology provides low thermal resistance of <1 °C/W and an L70 median lifetime of more than 60,000 h. Photonic lattice technology produces maximum light extraction. The LED is RoHS-compliant and ISO 9001-certified.
