Aug 2014LITTLE ROCK, Ark., Aug. 7, 2014 — Illumina, from Power Technology Inc., is a laser-based lithography light source designed for printed circuit boards and other maskless lithography applications.
The new device features a fiber-coupled laser output with an output power up to 37 W, and wavelengths at 405 nm and 375 nm.
The iLLUMINA provides digital imaging where data can be optimally scaled or distorted just prior to writing; this addresses the specific needs for registration, as well as for the elimination of process steps and masks that contribute to alignment errors.
