Spectrum Analyzers
Spectrum analyzers are scanning devices used to cyclically tune through a given frequency range to determine the amplitude-frequency distribution of the signals present, usually by displaying output on a chart or cathode-ray tube.
  • Bristol Instruments, Inc. - Victor, NYBristol Instruments offers wavelength meters and spectrum analyzers for characterization of CW and pulsed lasers that operate over the range of 350 nm to 12 microns. Wavelength accuracy is as high as +/- 0.0001 nm and spectral resolution is as high as 2 GHz.
