They provide precision cut-on and cut-off wavelengths for maximum transmission over the active range of the target spectrum, while attenuating unwanted wavelengths.
The filter kits are offered in a variety of configurations. Purchased in the kit, the filters are offered at discounted prices when compared with purchasing each filter individually. The company’s basic filtering kits are available in increments of 50 nm, while the complete kits include filters in 25-nm increments.
They are assembled in a precision-cut box constructed of beech and birch materials and including a foam lining, felt feet, and brass hinges and latches.
