Hamamatsu’s new C11293 offers high-sensitivity to NIR wavelengths (1000 to 1650 nm) thanks to its deep-cooled InP/InGaAs photocathode. In addition, it provides various repetition rates up to 20 MHz as well as 20 ps (FWHM) time resolution.
