DSI's innovative Multispectral Filters are created by applying multiple coatings on a single substrate with dimensions as small as 10 microns, accuracy of plus or minus 1 micron, and placement accuracy of plus or minus 1 micron. They provide superior performance from the near ultraviolet to the infrared and can be applied to a variety of substrates in several shapes and sizes, as well as wafer substrates up to 150 mm diameter and expanding to 200 mm.
