The 6300 ComboSource was born from the proven technology of our LaserSource and TECSource products, and includes several improvements, providing outstanding performance at a price that does not kill your budget.
The ComboSource laser driver has the features you would expect, such as safety interlock, ESD protection, and hardware limit circuits for current and voltage. In addition, the ComboSource has unique features not found on competing products including optically isolated photodiode and modulation inputs, programmable PD bias, and a constant voltage control mode.
The dual range capability of the instrument offers operation at either full range or one-half of full range (e.g., 500mA or 250mA on a 6305), giving you higher accuracy, lower noise, and improved stability in the lower range, while maintaining the high range capability.
The ComboSource temperature controller provides 60W of TEC control and supports all common sensor inputs (thermistor, RTD, AD590, and LM335), including a 4-wire RTD mode. With the same excellent stability and performance as our 5305 TECSource, the ComboSource supports a broad range of temperature control applications, and AutoTune for automatic PID calculation.
The 6305’s user interface is remarkably simple… so easy to use, you’ll have it up and running in no time. Plain-English messages, simple menus, and powerful multi-line display make the instrument incredibly easy to use. Add in USB and RS-232 computer interfaces for remote control operation, and you have a capable instrument that fits into a wide range of applications.
