The Olympus LEXT OLS4000 from Olympus Europa Holding GmbH has been chosen by Germany’s national metrology institute, the PTB, for use in a joint project aimed at developing an assistance system for confocal and interferential microscope users. The instrument will help in checking the specifications of standards and measurement procedures.
