The ultrasmall, lightweight remote camera head measures ~30 × 35 × 36 mm and weighs only 50 g without the lens. The ?-in. CMOS sensor is suitable for use in imaging applications where space is critical, and the remote head can be linked to the CCU via a standard power over camera link cable.

The progressive-scan color camera system is C-mount lens ready and is offered with optional 3-, 5- or 10-m cables.

The IK-HR1CD camera control unit offers a DVI-I with 720p/1080i/1080p, and the IK-HR1CS features a high-definition SDI with 720p/1080i video signal outputs. With the optional auto and manual white balance controls plus optional auto and manual electronic shutter, these cameras are well suited for use in life sciences, microscopy and diagnostic imaging. Other applications include specialty broadcasting, reality TV and sports, industrial video/inspection and aviation.
