All-reflective objectives coated and assembled according to customer specifications are available from Rolyn Optics Co. To ensure high performance without adjustment after delivery, the final assembly is done interferometrically. When ordering, customers can specify a mirror coating that makes these objectives suitable for applications from 193 nm to the far-IR. The small devices mount to the Royal Microscopal Society threads and are available for 160-mm tube or infinite back focus.
