Siskiyou Corp.'s new one-piece flexure mounts have lower drift and greater mechanical stability than flexure mounts that are welded or stamped together. One-piece construction creates fewer internal stresses for improved adjustment orthogonality, with no stressed joints to crack or break in high-vibration environments. The design is scalable for custom OEM versions. Optical and fiber mounts for standard connectors are available. The flexure can be bulkhead or chassis mounted, from either side. Integral thread-adjustment locks are available. The mount is available in either aluminum or nickel-plated spring steel. Adjustments are made with rolled-thread, 100-pitch setscrews, with swaged threads to prevent flexure overdrive.
