The Gocator® 4000 Series from LMI Technologies are coaxial line confocal sensors for semiconductor, consumer electronics, and EV battery applications. The sensors provide high-speed, high-resolution, and shadow-free 3D inline inspection performance with a max slope angle up to +/- 85°. The Gocator 4000 Series features X resolutions of up to 1.9 µm, a 5-millimeter field of view, speeds of up to 16+ kHz and 4+ kHz at limited and full measurement range, and 1920 points per profile.
